Add an option to display cauldron powers with percentage on Create Display Board

Most of the time I've been working with percentage of powers inside the cauldron. Would be cool to see percentage of powers on the screen too

I've replaced "Shortened" mode's functionality to use display percentages instead in 1.20.1-8b
