There is a bug where placing a (TC) crafting table next to the filing cabinet enter the crafting table and click on the empty spaces in till you are able to remove items that are located in the file cabinet. Please not this will delete the folder that you have grabbed or remove the folder but leave you with a visual glitch and Item. In my case it was 113 petrified saplings in one stack.
