(1.18.2) Horses not spawning/incompatibility issue(?)

Hi there! I've noticed a sudden recent bug with this mod. The mod is loaded and working fine, but horses do not spawn. I've tried teleporting them, tried killing all horse entities (both horsecolors:horse and minecraft:horse) which turns up with "no entities found." When I use a horse spawn egg (also tried with both spawn egg types) nothing happens. The egg does not disappear from my hand (I'm in survival) and no entity spawns. When I try using the vanilla horse spawn egg, the same thing happens, except it plays one of the horse sound effects.
I've tried both 1.18.2 versions. This mod was working for me perfectly fine previously, is it the version of Forge I'm using? I'm using 40.2.4. Is there some sort of incompatibility? I thought it was a biome issue until I tried spawning them, so clearly that isn't it. I've tried disabling all horse related mods to see if that helped (it didn't) but I have over 300+ mods installed and going through to disable and re-enable them is a bit of a nightmare no matter what way I look at it.
Here's my mod list; https://pastebin.com/subvgkGL
I've tried looking through the logs for horse related errors. There's no crash so no crash report exists. I've tried looking through other issues with spawn eggs, my game is set to normal and gameruleDoMobSpawning is true.
Update;
After going through, I've narrowed down my search to a single mod.
It appears that Realistic Horse Genetics is incompatible with Odd Organisms. I'm not exactly sure why, but my assumption is that Odd Organisms alters horses in some way. I'll look into it more.
That's odd, I just tried RHG with Odd Organisms and was unable to reproduce the issue.
Here's all of the mods I had installed:
geckolib-forge-1.18-3.0.57.jar (OO dependency)
horse_colors-1.18.2-11.2.jar
oddorganisms-1.18.2-0.1.1.jar
unusualprehistory-1.1.2.jar (OO dependency)
I tried with Forge version 40.1.92 and then again with version 40.2.4.
Horses spawn fine for me. All the versions are the same as yours, so I'm not sure what's going on there.
Interesting. It's definitely OO causing the problem, but I have no idea why. Maybe it's a combination of mods and not just the two interacting by themselves? I have no idea what the issue is.
I'll try making a new profile and only adding the same versions and mods to see if that might fix it, I doubt it has anything to do with my computer though. Thank you for looking into it!
