On the 1.11.2 version, when Realistic Item Drops is in with Better With Mods, all obtained items (dropped when a block is broken or mob gets killed) are duplicated. I didn't know on which mod's GitHub to post this issue, but as this one has a lot to do with item drops, I chose this one.

Downgrade to release instead of Beta and it should fix it
