RiverRemover fails with Biomes You Go

This has been happening at least as far back as 4.1.1.8.

To reproduce, load any RTG world with Biomes You Go installed.

I can confirm that the river remover is only having an issue when the BYG custom dimensions are processed.

But it is working fine in Dim 0...

River remover working with a dev build of 1.10.2/organic-biomes:

I doubt we'll get to the bottom of this anytime soon, as:

BYG is a MCreator mod.
There is no source released anywhere.
Right now there's no need to care about any dim other than 0.
