@whichonespink44, This is not fixed. I'm still getting crashes:

All those crashes were on freshly generated maps using the same seed: 8988123650208961150
All occured while travelling to: Scattered feature candidate at 288, -528

Removing Thaumcraft prevents the crash, but travelling to those coordinates cause the server to lock up while generating.
There is a mine shaft located at that spot.

I'm not sure if all that info is relevant; I'm just being thorough.

This should be fixed in the latest dev version. Here's a snapshot if anyone wants to test it out before I close this issue again: https://goo.gl/EAvQje
