Potential examples:

Option to control the density of the jungle foliage
Option to choose which trees get generated
Option to control mob spawns
Option to choose modify terrain/surface variables
Etc.

I think we have enough biome config options for 1.7.10, and 1.9 will have auto-config options for everything, so I'm going to close this. If someone requests a specific biome config option, we can create a new issue for it.
