Witchery's stone circles not generating correctly

So I've been testing the latest 0.8 snapshot with greatly increased village frequencies & the latest version of Witchery (0.24.1) with greatly increased world gen frequencies, and there were villages and Witchery structures everywhere!

After flying around for about 30 minutes in total, I noticed only 2 instances of stone circles generating on top of high piles of dirt as described in the OP, and both of those times the villages were in a hilly biome, and the stone circle was placed on the slope of a hill.

So yes, it does happen, but only very rarely, and seemingly only when the stone circle tries to generate on a slope.

There's not really anything that RTG can do stop this from happening - the only ways to prevent it (or at least minimize it as much as possible) would be for users to prevent villages from generating in hilly/mountainous biomes in RTG's configs and/or decrease Witchery world gen by increasing the relevant Witchery config option.

The only other solution as far as I can tell would be for Witchery to do additional checks on the surrounding area to make sure there are no slopes nearby, but... either way, this isn't an issue with RTG.
