Bug Description

the reaper.toml file contents and the in game data dont match.
also, if the capacity of the reaper generator is changed, the GUI doesnt reflect it.

How to Reproduce?

changing "soul_beacon_energy_prod" would change the max energy, not the actual energy production.
also the label "soul beacon" is incorrect.

for the second case, the changed max energy wasnt displayed correctly in the GUI.
