Multiblock Crafter useless.

I have an 8x8x8 multi block crafter with the interior evenly split between cpu's and storage. No recipes work, attempting to craft anything produces no results at all, no queued crafting job, and the following error in the log on the server:

Note that this partially duplicates several already logged bugs, but hopefully includes enough information to help fix the problem. I am also logging a bug with refined storage referencing this bug, as the stack trace implies that the actual failure happens in that code.
