Feature description

I've had this amazing idea!
Adding an option to configure the block that can be replaced will be only air (like the beacon cannot place on bedrock)
so in multiplayer server people will not exploit it to mine large amount of area with a placing beacon + sneak method than breaking it and the area is clear in few seconds with all of the blocks on top of the beacon.
