Chisel reborn mod and Rechiseled both have same crafting reciepe
since your chisel texture looks longer in iron part you can make it 2 iron diagonal with a stick
Also it would be great rechiseled has durability, this feels like cheating lol

There is no way to avoid recipe conflicts with all other mods. As a player, you can use a mod like Polymorph and for modpacks, they can change recipes using a datapack to fix recipe conflicts for their set of mods.

Unfortunately polymorph not updated for recent versions at all
and Im not a modpack dev
maybe an option in settings to change recipe would be a viable option?
