[Feature Request] Add a whitelist for mods with autocrafters?

Hello,
Is it possible to whitelist certain mods/items so they are not stuck in stage zero when autocrafting items? At the moment, end game autocrafters are rendered fairly useless and it would be very nice to have them work as intended.
