Crash log attached - I have tested with no other mods loaded except RC and IvToolkit (v1.3). This is a brand new installation of RC - the config file was created before the crash, but it is empty.

Description: There was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class ivorius.reccomplex.RCConfig
at ivorius.reccomplex.RecurrentComplex.preInit(RecurrentComplex.java:111)
