I have the dimension blacklist set as: S:universalDimensionMatcher=0
Which to my best understanding only allows the spawning of structures in the overworld

But upon running Extra Utils 2 quarries which mines in dimension -9999 by default, the console is still littered with this:
[15:07:01] [Server thread/WARN]: Skipping Entity with id minecraft:armorstand [15:07:01] [Server thread/ERROR] [reccomplex]: Error loading entity with ID 'ArmorStand'
This leads me to believe the dimension matcher doesn't work.
