I've noticed something while traveling around: when I find villages, they have a large amount of lamps, as so:

When I disable BaseVillageWeight in the config, there are a noticeable reduction in lamp spawns:

I don't know if this is supposed to be an intended feature or not, and if so, is it in the configs? More lamps is nice, but I'd like to tone it down a little.

I ran into this when I had a heavily weighted village structure that was failing to generate.
