Issue: The witch-spawning bounding box which is supposed to be present around a witch hut is absent when RC is present

Severity: This renders it completely impossible to make witch hut based witch farms, as the witch hut area is just the same as any other and spawns regular mobs, whereas it should only spawn witches. This is also not immediately visible to users, meaning that they are likely to waste time and effort constructing a witch farm only to find it doesn't function.

Reproduce: Load instance with only Recurrent Complex and Bounding Box Outline Reloaded. Seed = 26264352483162 Co-ords: -160 80 250. Observe lack of a blue bounding box around the witch hut when bounding boxes are set to visible with BBOR.
