Recurrent Complex is one of the best structure generating mods. It would be really helpful for manual generation using the /#gen command to add the ability to move the structure incrementally up / down / left / right one block at a time and to be able to rotate incrementally clockwise or counterclockwise 90 degrees at a time for both horizontal and vertical rotations before executing the /#confirm command.
