Maze generation issue

I have a weird issue where my mazes sometimes generate with two or more structures with exits that are connected to nothing. I first thought it is just unable to find a path, but then I found the extreme case in the attaches picture where they are right next to each other (they are connected btw; also please don't mind the towers). None of these are exits I configured in the maze UI, and I didn't subtract the affected rooms. (Also, I have all needed structures, it could have just generated two corners in this case).

It happenes about once every 3-4 mazes I generate (generated with the same structures each time) with mostly and at least 2, rarely 3 structures doing that. I couldn't find a pattern in locations/orientations/type of structures.

If it happenes, some of the configured exits may not be connected to the others, although I set it to connect all. That's the only problem I have with the configured exits though, they work fine otherwise.

forgot the console output. That's the one for another similar situation. It really cannot find a path
