Resource packs not loading/reverting back to default minecraft textures after clicking done

I am trying to use the 1.19.4 on modrinth(the very top of the list on the page) but each time I put all my resource packs it
only shows up for a brief moment before reverting, I think I'm just using it wrong or just a bug. Please tell me a solution to this problem.

Sounds like a mod or resource pack is trying to load broken resource files, this is probably not related to this mod. Could you send a log file?
