Newest update 6/10/2019 errored out during initialization

Your newest update errored out when I tried to load up my mod pack. I'm downgrading to the previous version which worked fine. Here is the crash report:
I get the same problem.
Zip file is an export of my mod setup from the Twitch client.

the newest version here on Github should fix the crash but it apparently doesn't fix #5 .
