Once the signal is provided the max redstone value bettwen redstonepen:trak and libmultipart:container (wires from WiredRedstone) will be remembered and will never disapear unless one of the blocks is broken or track disconected with cable by redstone pen.

Well... I think I found the reason of this behaviour and looks like it's not on your mod side...
