Pipes will not move, I noticed it move some other items like infurium essence but not coal

Sorry about that, the version is 1.16.5, I have it transferring coal from a dank box to chest (it is extracting it), then I'm transferring the coal from the chest to a generator. ( this where it is not extracting), I have extracting on and no filter is needed since it is only coal. @raoulvdberge

Not 100% how RP works, but I imagine an empty whitelist as you have configured will never extract anything.

It seems to be just to generators? Is this intentional? @raoulvdberge

Try a hopper instead of a pipe to make sure the generator can accept at all.

i did try the hopper before hand it does work, it's just easier to work with the pipes

did you fix this and if so, do i need to redownload? the mod?

As you can probably imagine, there is no explicit "DO NOT TRANSFER COAL" written in the code.

That means the issue is somewhere in your setup.
Also version information would be important.
