When switching between having FMP installed and not relocators vanish

Whenever you add/remove FMP from your mods, all relocators vanish. And don't come back.

Edit: Happens in both directions. (Both on installing and deinstalling FMP).

Closed as recent versions of Forge show different behaviour (-> refusing to load) when switching, as reported in #287.

Not really sure if there is a way to fix this, but something to look into.
