Well, i've just run into a problem thats caused my world to become invalid all of a sudden, i have no idea what happened i was messing with Refined Relocation (pretty much just trying to move to a mid tier storage system by integrating AE2 into RR and this happened

Try to update Applied Energistics 2. That should fix the problem :)
