running 1.7.10-1.0.7d of Refined Relocation.

Trying to send power wirelessly, but the block extender doesn't see any power connected to it. It used to work when the server had mekanism, but that is no longer the case.

Also the power limiter block doesn't see any cells or EnderIO capacitors connected to it either (I suspect the issues are related?).
