
Allow more metal types for Relocators and improve textures

The branch relocatorMetals has some visual improvements to Relocators. The texture size of relocators has been increased from 32x32 to 64x64 (this means an in-game resolution of 32x instead of 16x). This will allow for better looking Relocators as well as more clear module textures.
The changes made will also allow for more metal types to be used for crafting Relocators, which currently only affects the looks. This will make Relocators feel a little cheaper.
List of metals wanted:
This list is basically all vanilla and Thermal Expansion metals, more can be added if wanted.
The list of textures can be found here: https://github.com/Dynious/RefinedRelocation/tree/relocatorMetals/src/main/resources/assets/refinedrelocation/textures/blocks Needed are the: relocatorCenter_METAL_0.png, relocatorCenter_METAL_1.png, relocatorCenter_METAL_2.png, relocatorCenter_METAL_3.png and relocatorSide_METAL_.png. The module textures (relocatorModule*.png) should also be updated.
