Sorting upgrade is not consumed when used on an iron chest

Hi there! Basically, what the title says. It is consumed when used on other chest types though.

I'm using FTB Beyond. Looks like the Iron chests version is 7.0.11 (Build 797) and Refined Relocation is 2.1.18
