The removal of interfaces with Forge Optional in not working with the Buffer. I'm not sure why it isn't working.Placing a Buffer without BC installed will result in a crash, the log does seem to indicate that Forge Optional removes the interface.

This is only happening in MC 1.7.2, might be Forge bug.

Fixed by adding BC API to source.
