The crash is only server-side. It does not crash in single player, and it does not crash the client.

Whoops, it's an easy fix, I just used something that should only be used client side. I will fix this soon, but I'm not sure when I'll release a new update. Does this break the world, or does the server work after a restart?

Breaks the world for me here. Had to delete RefinedRelocation, start the server and then reinstall RefinedRelocation.

I have fixed this, I'll push a new release now with a bunch of bugfixes.
