nether quartz is not going in any of the ores selectors as well. and if you wanted nether quartz and lapis in the same chest as all your ores you have to add all dyes as well. is there a way of having two or more category bars as well, or make it so you can add them on demand.

If you want just lapis and quartz extra in the ore chest your best bet is to add 'lapis, quartz' to the name filter. I don't quite understand what you mean with 'multiple bars'.
