Could not autocraft, missing resources

Describe the bug

When using an exporter from refined storage with an autocrafting upgrade, some items like glass bottles, will not craft. Instead, in the exporter GUI I get an error that states "Could not autocraft, missing resources" even though I can successfully request glass bottles from my crafting grid manually.
I am trying to make a farm for Productive Bees DNA, but most items I need autocrafted and exported to the breeding chamber, babee incubator, and bottler, will not autocraft unless I manually request them.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

  1. Have refined storage system with autocrafting set up for glass bottles, honey treats, or bee cages.
  2. Have exporter with autocrafting upgrade set to fill any inventory with above items.
  3. Recieve error in exporter GUI.

Does the filter stack in your exporter match 1:1 with the pattern stack?

I can't reproduce this, exporter with autocrafting upgrade for glass bottles just works.
