Server crash when using a constructor with any kind of skull.

Issue description:
When I have configured a constructor to place skulls the game crashes instantly. I have tested this on singleplayer and on a server and the crash seems to be server side.
What happens:
The game crashes and my world is unenterable.
What you expected to happen:
Regular constructor behavior: Placing the skull if there are any in the network.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a creative controller
- Place a grid
- Place a 1k storage block
- Place a filler block with one block between your controller
- Place a constructor facing into that block
- Break the filler block
- Set the constructor to place any of the vanilla skulls
- Put skulls in your system
- Crash
Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.10.2
- Forge: Not sure but server .jar is named
FTBserver-1.10.2-12.18.3.2185-universal

- Refined Storage: 1.2.20
