Issue description: My rs network went down while I was autocrafting supremium essence. When I got the power restored I noticed my master crystals were no where to be found.

What happens: Destroys my crystals when autocraft when rs system goes down.

What you expected to happen: Send everything back into the rs system

Steps to reproduce:

1. Autocraft essence
2. Have low power
3. let network run out of power
   ...

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge:12.18.3.2221
• Refined Storage: 1.2.21

Yes the issue did happen on a server (Not sure if replicable on singleplayer)
