Non stacking non-vanilla items cannot be extracted

Describe the bug

Pretty much there in the title, non-vanilla non-stacking items get stuck in the system. I can't manually pull them out, and exporters do not seem to do the trick either.

So far I've encountered this with Easy Villagers, Just Dire Things and Silent Gear

I'm on the latest version of the FTB Evolution pack. whether or not that has the latest Refined, I don't know

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

Install RS2 with any mod that introduces some non-stacking item (for example easy villagers)
Gather some items from said mod
Put said items in RS storage system
Try to pull it out both manually and with exporter
Cry for a bit
