RS loses ability to autocraft, creates phantom blocks after hooking up a receiver/transmitter

Describe the bug
After connecting a network transmitter / receiver to main network, storage works as intended. Place a wireless transmitter on top of receiver, put in 4 range upgrades. After a while, receiver stops working. Any RS machines / cables connected to the mentioned receiver become "phantom blocks" - can not be broken normally, when broken they reappear and can not be used, after right clicking said block they disappear and do not drop. After replacing the block with a newly crafted one in the same place, the new block does not work, and becomes a "phantom block" right away. All cables show an error message and can not be broken, do not disappear when right clicked.
All autocrafting is disabled after this.
When breaking any machines in the main network, they become "phantom blocks" and act as mentioned before.
How can we reproduce this bug or crash?
- Set up a transmitter / receiver.
- Connect to main network.
- Place wireless receiver on receiver.
- Put in 4 range upgrades.
- Use wireless crafting terminal.
- At this point, the bug should appear.

I believe this is the same issue as mine. I think too many wireless receivers and transmitters are the cause
It's not too many, having even 1 can trigger the issue. Restart your game or the server
Restarting the server is a temp fix, not a perm fix. The issue seems to replicate when changing the system around even a tiny bit, like adding cables
@Nodrance Please always link to the base issue, so I can refer back to all the things people have been saying here when fixing the actual root bug.
