Issue description:

Instant crash on block placement by Refine Storage Constructor only when Biomes O Plenty is enabled.

What happens:

The moment the block was set to be placed by a constructor, and every time reopening the world after that, the game crashes to the launcher.

What you expected to happen:

Block placed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have block placed by constructor

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.11.2
• Forge: 13.20.0.2259
• Refined Storage: 1.4.1
• Biomes O Plenty: 6.0.2.2169
