Occupied Bee Cages stuck in Refined Storage

Describe the bug
In FTB Evolution 1.21.1 the bee cages and sturdy bee cages with bees inside (Productive Bees) get stuck in refined storage. There is no way to pull them out of storage. Empty cages are able to be removed.
How can we reproduce this bug or crash?
Place occupies bee cage in system
Go to crafting grid and search for cage
Attempt to pull occupied bee cage from system
