External Storage Priority Issue

Issue description:

External storage connected to a drawer controller or controller slave (Storage Drawers mod) is not affected, or does not work with higher priority.

What happens:

When placing in cobblestone into my system, through my import buses or in my grids, they do not go into my external storage drawers, which have much higher priority.

What you expected to happen:

I expect the external storage connected to my drawer controller, which has higher priority than my drives, to store cobblestone I put into my system.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up a drawer system
  2. Add cobblestone to one of the drawers
  3. Lock the drawer
  4. Give the drawer an emerald storage upgrade, and a void upgrade
  5. Connect an external storage to the drawer controller (attached to the drawer system)
  6. Set its priority higher than your drives' priority
  7. Stick in a ton of cobblestone

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 12.18.3.2254
  • Refined Storage: 1.2.24

Does this issue occur on a server? Yes

I have an almost identical setup on another world, and it does not have the issue. Incredibly confusing.

Simply restarting my server fixed the issue. Closing this issue.
