Issue description: Disk Manipulator was introduced into my network and old disks just immediately transfer from left to right without doing anything.

What happens: When trying to consolidate all my inventory from 4k to 64k disks with the Disk Manipulator and now the disks read 4000/4000 but transfer from left to right without doing ANYTHING. Also when you put the disks back into the drive the Grid doesn't recognize the items anymore, as if they were deleted.

What you expected to happen: Items to transfer from one disk to the next, and not seem to disappear.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Have 8 full disks of items in a disk drive.
2.Add a Disk Manipulator to the network without the disks installed.
3.Install 1 new 64K disk
4. Use disk manipulator...

That's all i did and now my sky-factory 3 game is on hold while i try to use chunk loaders to get all my resources back.
