Cables became disconnected

Describe the bug

Somehow, some of my cables became disconnected. Breaking any of the cables immediately fixes their connections within some distance (about 8 blocks or so?). See screenshot below.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

I don't really have a way to reproduce this or to figure out how it happened. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help investigate; I'll keep a backup around in this state. I hadn't checked this build in a while; it didn't happen while building.

This was on ATM10 v4.10 with a handful of mods added. Modlist attached:
