Describe the bug

Whenever I create a Pattern and do anything with it; throw it on the ground, place it in my inventory ect. It will just completely vanish.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

1. Create a pattern of any item.
2. Try to put the created pattern in your inventory or throw it onto the ground.
3. Vanished Pattern.
