Describe your enhancement

I'll use my current case as an example.

I'm currently playing with RS Types installed as well and I'm using an external storage on my battery bank to power my system. I can see how much FE is in my battery from the list but I'm often times looking at searched terms or whatever else in the grid and if my power runs out (I'm working on a reactor so i don't have great power gen yet) it shuts off my system. It would be nice to be able to pin the FE so that it shows in the first slot at all times.

The pinning suggestion ok, seems useful.

However, you seem to also want to see resources even if you have no power? Is that correct?

No I just want to be able to monitor it so I know if it it is close to running out.

Things to think about:

• Should the pins take up an entire row?
• Should the pins stay visible even when scrolling?
• Should the pins disappear when you start searching?
• Should resources that are being autocrafted (or are just done autocrafting) be automatically pinned?

this might be a bit to add but this might make it reasonable to add a settings icon and move all the config options for the grid into that to see when you click instead of having all the buttons visible on the side. with that implementation you could have way more configurable options for how your system shows things.

I'm still thinking about whether these things make sense and what are sensible defaults and what doesn't need to be an option in the first place.
