Issue description: I have 2 crafters, each have the same recipe (Dark Steel from Ender IO). Only the most recently placed pattern appears to be receiving ingredients.

What happens: Only one crafter activates

What you expected to happen: Crafting split across all viable crafters

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the same recipe into to crafters
2. Call items
3. Wait longer than you should
   ...

Version (Make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge: 12.18.3.2185
• Refined Storage: 1.2.25

This isn't a bug, but intended behavior on 1.10.

Also, this works correctly on 1.11.
