Issue description: Disk drive texture issue

What happens: Disk drive texture often appears darker than normal. I was told by another mod author that solving this somehow relates to coding your block(s) to accept light levels from neighboring blocks... or something along those lines, I don't remember exactly how he said to do it (though I can inquire again).
