Issue description: We have several wireless transmitters set up in our base. They work fine. I ran another cable line to add a new spot further away. My crafting grid works but nothing happens when I use the wireless crafting grid. Doesn't even say out of range.

What happens: Wireless crafting grid won't open but transmitter is blue.

What you expected to happen: Wireless crafting grid to work around said transmitter.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up initial working network.
2. Add a new wireless transmitter that works.
3. Extend the cable from new transmitter to a spot 100 blocks away.
4. Set up wireless transmitter and crafting grid. Wireless transmitter not working but lit up.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge: 12.18.3.2297
• Refined Storage: 1.2.25
