Horrible tick lag that's random?

Issue description:

118% CPU usage on the server thread (ridiculous) can't quite figure out how to use warmroast so in the meantime I was hoping you guys could help us! Please? We've been trying to figure this out for weeks!

What happens:

Lag, horrible tick lag every few seconds and we can't figure out why with tickprofiler

What you expected to happen:

The opposite of lag.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start server
  2. Join server
  3. TPS Lag ensues at about 1/4 normal TPS every few seconds

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 12.18.3.2281
  • Refined Storage: 1.2.25 (I see you released a new version today)

Yes

Edit: OMG thank you so much, that's like the one thing we didn't check!
On a forum post a while back you said if our server has lag, to use the profiler and send you guys a .nps filer asking for help.

Report says its "fr.dbrown55.concrete" (not sure what mod that is).
