crash on server when placed soldier next to controller

What happens:

it crashes server

What you expected to happen:

it operate normally

1.have controller powered
2.connect soldier directly to controller
3.profit
...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft:1.11.2
• Forge: 2315
• Refined Storage:1.4.16

it was the grid the solderer is connected too

Everything have been working fine for a long time, but now I keep getting this crash as soon the overworld is done loading:
