Refined crashes while browsing items. 1.12

Issue description:
Crashes when opening any grid that displays Items
Steps to reproduce:
- Opens Item Grid ( Any type of interface)
- crashes
Noted: it doesn't crash instantly, after 1 second or so.
- Minecraft: 1.12
- Forge: 14.21.0.2334
- Refined Storage: 1.5
Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]
No playing singleplayer.
