Issue description: 1.11.2 Solder refuses to make crafting grid

What happens: Nothing. I even use the recipe + and it places the items there for me but nothing happens. I tried relogging. A friend said it took many relogs and it duped it. But, I have not been successful.

What you expected to happen: I want the solder to make the crafting grid which is an upgrade of the grid monitor.

1. Recipe just does not work.

I had to use the tinkers table for it to work. 💃
